Arrow Escape

Challenge to Solve Tricky Arrow Mazes

About Arrow Escape!

What is Arrow Escape?

Arrow Escape is a logic puzzle game where one's task is to remove the arrows from a board by correctly sequencing the moves. All arrows are in a particular direction and can only be released if the path is clear. One misstep can block other arrows, steal precious hearts or leave the remaining arrows stuck. Arrow Escape is a brain-training game that is both clean and satisfying in its progression, making it a great puzzle game for fans of this genre.

How the Puzzle Works

There is a grid of arrows at the start of each level. When an arrow is clicked or tapped, it will move off the board in the direction it's pointing (unless it's blocked), and then click or tap again to move the next arrow. If an arrow collides with another, it will not move and will cost a heart.

The goal is to take all the arrows out before the time is up. The more the levels increase, the more planning is required for several moves in advance. Useful aids such as Hint and Eraser are available to help when needed with tricky layouts.

Smart Strategies for Hard Levels

Before making a move, trace an arrow's entire path to check for hidden blockers. Start by removing arrows with clear exits to create more space for others. Identify arrows that trap multiple pieces, since freeing them often unlocks several new moves. Look for arrows that hold more than one piece – once they are released, others may be released, unlocking multiple new moves. Use the Eraser to clear an arrow that is blocking the entire board, and on larger levels use the zoom controls to help you see patterns. You have to plan carefully and be patient to solve every puzzle.
